In 1996, after 10 years of studies in Art and Design, the only chance was to sit down and reset everything from manual to digital. Over the years I went through every possible jobs that involved a mouse, from advertising to branding.

Unfortunately, these days the digital design has become a world of copy/paste, generated with ready-made templates and AI (not Adobe Illustrator), leaving a very small room for creation.

So, back to manual gear.

Checkout

Accounts are not requested on the website, private informations are protected by PayPal. To clear any concerns regarding data processing, read their Privacy Policy.
Accounts
  1. The user is redirected to PayPal for checkout. The external link includes the product name, value and currency (EUR), and its only purpose is to help in the checkout process.
  2. The PayPal account is optional.
  3. Debit or Credit Cards accepted by PayPal are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.
Documents
  1. After the transaction no further action is required from the buyer.
  2. Both parties receive a payment notification from PayPal as proof of payment.
  3. Additionally, an invoice in PDF format is issued and sent via email.

Delivery

The delivery doesn't imply a transfer of intellectual rights along with the purchase of the product. Standard restrictions are still in effect.
Packaging
  1. Works on thin surfaces below 300 GSM are rolled up and sent in carboard tubes.
  2. Thicker surfaces (posters on 400 GSM cardboards and paintings on canvas) are placed between plywood panels, wrapped in foil and sent with their original chassis, if any.
  3. Most of the chassis have protective wood trimings, that can be used as minimal framing.
Services
  1. The preferred delivery services are Poșta Română and GLS, because they take into account the actual weight of the package, instead of the volumetric weight.
  2. For special packages (fragile or unconventional sizes) the delivery service may vary, to select the one that offers the most secure conditions. Extra large packages (over 100cm on the smallest side) are handled exclusively by Specialized Art Logistics.
  3. Shipments ouside EU must be organised prior to purchase, due to additional Fees and Forms. To arrange delivery please .
Timing
  1. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The buyer receives an email notification with delivery details.
  2. Delays in the delivery may occur due to time zone differences (local time UTC+02:00), conditions of packaging and the terms of delivery service.
  3. Shipments with Poșta Română can take up to 20 days, while other international services, such as GLS, DHL, UPS can arrive within 2 - 10 days.
Prices
  1. Shipments across EU countries are free. The transport rate includes the Fragile Fee and the Insurance for 1% of the declared value.
  2. Delivery outside EU (countries not part of European Union) is charged according to local taxes and requirements.
  3. Fragile and larger products are handled with Specialized Art Logistics to ensure safe arrival. Prices start at 600 RON (118 EUR) for the local market and 1200 RON (235 EUR) for international deliveries.

Refunds

Images posted on the website should not be the sole basis of your decisions to purchase a product without consulting more complete or more timely informations, available at request.
Options
  1. The refund is made for undelivered or returned products (see Returns). Otherwise, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
  2. Refunds are not offered for lost or broken items in transit.
Returns
  1. Returns are not accepted for damaged or opened products.
  2. A return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  3. In case of free shipping, the cost of the return is the customer's responsibility.
  4. To request a return, about the conditions of delivery.
Exchange
  1. The products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  2. The website includes unique products, some impossible to be replaced/reproduced.
  3. Similar products are subject to exchange only in extreme situations.
